Description

Hello Climbers!

I’d love to do the Dalaas via ferrata on Sunday May 24th. It’s not technically difficult in terms of climbing, but it is very long (about 3 hours of climbing), so you need to be reasonably fit. The approach from the parking lot takes about 1 hour, and the descent back to the parking lot from the top also takes around 1 hour, so the whole experience lasts roughly 5 hours. I chose the parking area next to a restaurant as our meeting point, so that when we’re done, we can celebrate our achievement with a drink or any other kind of comfort!

I’m coming from St. Gallen and I’ll have at least two free seats in my car. If anyone would like to travel with me and share the costs, just let me know. I’ll be leaving St. Gallen at around 8:00 in the morning.

What to bring:

  • full via ferrata equipment (helmet, climbing harness, via ferrata set),

  • water and something to eat,

  • sunglasses and suncream,

  • good mood…and the determination to make it!
