Description

In case you cannot join the hike, drop out more than 24h before the start.

General information

Pace / fitness level: Have a good fitness level (cardio on a regular basis!!) even on technical terrain.

Technical skills: You must be confidant in walking on glacier and have done glacier course. You must have done scrambling on icy and exposed ridge.  

Transportation: One car. If you want to drive, we can meet at agreed meeting point.

Gear

Mandatory: Hiking boots, at least 2L of water, food, helmet, crampons, ice axe, rope, harness. Ski mountaineering gear.

Good to have: Sun screen, sun glasses, hiking poles, gloves, warm clothes.
