Early start to catch one of the best Tegernsee hikes at its best:
We take the RB57 (86957) at 07:02, then bus 356 from Bahnhof Tegernsee at 08:17. Starting early helps us avoid crowds and enjoy the calm morning atmosphere.
The Hirschberg (1,670 m) is a classic around Tegernsee, great mix of forest, alpine paths, and a panoramic summit.
We’ll take a proper break at the Hirschberghaus, which just opened for the season on May 1st. Expect good food, cold drinks, and a terrace with a view, so no rush there.

The hike is T2. If you don't know the T-Scale, read this blog (click here).

5. **Insurance**: You confirm that you have sufficient insurance coverage, such as membership with the German Alpine Club (DAV), Mountain Rescue Service (Bergrettung), or a similar organization. This insurance should cover any potential accidents or emergencies that may occur during the hike.

If you decide to leave the group (go in front by yourself, or stopping for no reason), then we won’t search for you and you officially left the group, it is also the same if you don't bring required gears
