Description
Not beginner friendly,  Alpine Hiking experience needed  pace up to Klettersteig 500-550 and then chill pace on ridge.

The hohenweg is open again, I kindly request that only those who are genuinely committed and physically capable of keeping up with the group's pace participate.

Flexibility is essential, and a good sense of humor is always appreciated. Please remember to bring necessary equipment you think you'll need.

Via ferreta set recommended and helmet must have

I want to clarify that I am not a mountain guide, so please assume responsibility for your own presence and safety.

This via ferrata is suitable for via ferrata beginners, nevertheless notice that we will have very steep ascend in the beginning. But before via ferreta we will have a break to recover.

We will have another break in one of the mountains Huts.

Good to know

More insured high-altitude trail like via ferrata in a great Karwendel environment.  Suitable for via ferrata beginners, since the long descent via the Brunnsteinhütte has to be mastered, a certain level of fitness should be brought along.

The Mittenwalder Höhenweg is a great destination due to its easy accessibility with the Karwendelbahn and the consistently low level of difficulty (mostly A, sometimes B, never C).  In an impressive Karwendel environment it goes over some peaks.  The via ferrata can also be climbed in the other direction without using the cable car.
