Motivational intro:

The climb should be in the shade, a great match for the current heat.

Pace/Trail/Plan:

This will be a chill :) hike especially since it will be hot. We aim to hike as a group.

Stopover at Pürschlinghaus for cake/drinks/food/ice-cream and same at the end in Oberammergau.

If you have pressing post-hike evening plans in Munich, this hike is not for you. We will not rush to return early.

Plans:

I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule if the weather craps outs or if very few people join.

Requests:

I have a few simple requests imo sensible:
  • Have sufficient water. Min 2 liters available at the trailhead, not when you leave home.
  • Proper hiking clothes. In particular, no jeans !

WhatsApp group:

The link to the WhatsApp group will be sent Saturday by private message.

This means you will get an email about it and it could end up in your spam folder.

Disclaimer:

Joining means you acknowledge and agree with the following:

- I am not a guide

- You are completely responsible for yourself for the entire duration of the trip. No one else is responsible for yourself.

- You must have the necessary skills, experience, and equipment to independently complete the hike
