Hi everyone,
I’m organizing a hike to Fockenstein. It's a beautiful scenic route.
So far, the weather forecast looks promising for Saturday. However, weather can get unpredictable. Please keep in mind that if the weather forecast changes and looks bad, I will change the date or cancel the hike.
While this is a beginner-friendly route technically, just keep in mind that we will be climbing about 1000 meters of elevation, so a good base level of fitness is required.
This will be a relaxed-pace hike. The goal is to enjoy the scenery and company, not to rush. On our descent toward the lake, we can stop for a relaxing break at Aueralm to grab some food.
Meeting point: 7:40am at Munich Hbf, Platform 32
Itinerary:
Departure: https://int.bahn.de/en/buchung/start?vbid=4550c3a3-20ee-453c-9302-f29b1da4ecfd
