Geigelstein | 1808m

Geigelstein (1808 m) is the second highest peak in the Bavarian part of the Chiemgau Alps and known as Chiemgauer Blumenberg and Aussichtswarte. Geigelstein lies in the nature reserve. 

‼️ This route must be done carefully in winter, specially the ridge from Muhhorndl-Wandspitz could be avoided. ‼️

The ascent follows the trail 207 via Jagersteig until Muhhorndl. On the ridge there can be snow cornice. And some parts can be slippery on the ridge.
