The hike is relatively easy (many tourists do it), but there are some steeper sections.
I was there recently, the 5 lakes look great, all have different colors and we can swim in 3 of them.
I want to start early to have enough time to do the hike and swim in the lake(s).
The last cable car down is at 16:30, so we want to come down with that.

We will go in a relaxed pace and stop to have fun, so this is not about performance

My experience is that when the sun shines, it feels like 30C, but when there is shade it feels colder. Officially it will be 14-18C.

• Rainjacket (+Pullover) 
• Sunglasses if you have them
• Good hiking shoes
• Swimsuit/towel
• Enough water for yourself >= 2liter?
