Let's go for an easy afternoon hike to the Tamina gorge.

How to get there:

Journey by public transport: ZH HB - Sargans - Bad Ragaz

The train (IC 3 to Chur) departs at 12:07 from ZH HB.

Journey by car: Use gps. 


Meeting point:
13:11 AM - Bad Ragaz train station


 
Hike:
  • The hike will last ca. 4-4,5 hours with a lot of viewpoints.
  • It includes visiting the thermal spring grotto. Entry: 5 CHF. Also possible to be skipped and waiting outside.
  • Short ''lunch'' break at the Wartenstein ruins.
  • The pace will be medium with enough time to admire the landscape,

Equipment:

  • Proper hiking boots, poles, snacks, enough water, proper clothes acc. to the weather, good mood and fitness.
