8:48 departure from Kochel am See with Bus 9608 direction Mittenwald
The route passes by the following peaks:
- Heimgarten (1791 m)
- Schlehdorfer Kreuz (1640 m)
- Herzogstand (1731 m)
The descent would be via cable car before 5:30 pm (costs: 10€).

Get out of the bus at 9:13 am at "Walchensee Maibaum, Kochel am See"
Bring enough water for the heat, good shoes, and a hat.
There is a hut with food midway (Heimgartenhütte).
