We meet at (latest) 6:45 at Munich main station (platform 9) and take the BRB RE5 at 6:55 to Salzburg. From Salzburg we take to the bus 840 to Jennerbahn, Schönau a. Königssee (arrival at 10:18).

We take the cable car (Jennerbahn) to the middle station (1200m) and start the hike there. The cable car costs 32€ both ways.

We gonna have lunch break on the top of the Jenner in the Jenneralm. Nevertheless we have approximately 6:20 time to complete a 5:40 tour, therefore we might have to keep the lunch break short. Having enough food on you for the whole day is recommended.

Ticket:

It is necessary to have Deutschland tickt (49€) otherwise you should by yourself. Additionally the Jennerbahn costs 32€ both ways.

- cash for the Jenneralm, I am not sure whether they accept cards.
