Join us for an easy Hiking Adventure to the Hoher Kranzberg &  Three Panorama lakes!

Hello fellow adventurers!

The weather forecast looks good, neither extremely hot nor cold, so if you will be in Munich and haven't made any plans yet, let's make the most of this Sunday. Let's go on an Easy/Moderate hike. It has stunning views of Three Panorama Lakes, making it an ideal choice for a day in nature.

This hike is fairly easy hike with very beautiful views all around. There are three lakes on the path, we can take a bath in one of the lakes on the way. All lakes have a restaurant in front of them. This hike is also suitable for children.

Event Details:

  • Meeting Point: MUC Hbf, 08.00
  • Transport: Grab a Deutschland ticket (€49) or your preferred day ticket.
  • Introduction & Gear Check: Get to know each other and ensure you have the right gear & wears.
  • Train Departure: Catch RB61 from Munich at 08.13 AM to Mittenwald
  • Hike Start: Arrive at the hiking starting point around 09.52 AM, aiming to start hiking by ~10.00 AM.
  • Hiking Time: Approx. 5 hours, with 1 or 2 short breaks before a lunch break at the peak.
  • Return Journey: Take RB61 from Mittenwald, at ~15.30/16.30 back to Munich, aiming to reach ~17.30/18.30

Things to Bring: -

  • A Happy Face :)
  • Sunscreen and coolers
  • 49Euro Deutschlandticket 
  • Hiking shoes
  • Trekking/hiking poles.
  • Food and water (2lt): The hut is open
  • Downloaded GPX map

Optional:

  • Headlamp.
  • Rain jacket.
  • Sunglasses/protection glasses(transparent).

We will move with a leisurely pace of 300-350hm

This hike will be postponed to another day or cancelled if the weather forecast gets worse all sudden.

I have a Little problem: My current train fails to hbf and the next one will arrive at 08:13 - the time for departure. Could you please cause for a delay by standing in the middle of the train-door to stop closing and driving away? This would be awesome!
