Description

Let's Hike to Tauernüberschreitung this Friday 20th September. On the way up, it offers beautiful views over Plansee and Heiterwangersee. The weather looks pretty decent as of now, However, If the weather does not stay good then I have to cancel or postpone the Hike. 

We take RB6 towards Garmish and then from Garmish take RB60 towards Pfronten-Steinach and get down at Reutte Schulzentrum. 

This is NOT a Beginners Friendly Hike, there are sections while coming down which require sure-footedness. Please check the route details before joining. 

Things to bring:

  • Deutschland Ticket with ID card;
  • hiking shoes;
  • appropriate clothing
  • water (at least 2 l) and some food;
  • good energy and stamina.

 Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for themselves. Please make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. Additionally, you could download the map, and bring a cell phone and a first aid kit.
