Description

Not a difficult hike but long (21km). Main point is to see the castle/suspension bridge and one of my fav lakes ;-) please bring cash for the castle and bridge (see details below).

I don’t like rushing so please leave the whole day free, otherwise don’t join 😜

06:15 meet at gleis 31 (I know it’s early 🙈)

06:32 Train RB6 to Garmisch departs

09:00 Arrive in Reutte

09:00-18:00 Hiking and stop to check out Ehrenburg Castle Ruins. Although it’s a ruin it appears to cost 8€ to enter and also looks like a €10 ticket cost for the suspension bridge, please bring enough cash for both.

Bring your own lunch and snacks as there isn’t really a hut on the way. We could potentially stop for dinner in Garmisch depending on timings and what people want to do.
