Monday evening is supposed to one of the very few remaining sunny warmer evenings. Let's watch the sunset (at 18:43) on Zwieselberg with its great panoramic view.

Ascent with regular pace would take about 1,5hrs, descent about 1h. 

Technical Difficulty: This hike is suitable for fit beginners. You should not be slow (>=450m gain/hour), and have a pace of at least 5km/h in the flat parts.

Weather forecast dry and sunny

Transport: We will go by car as the starting point is not easily accessible by public transport. We'll share the car expenses. The driver(s) may require passengers to pay in advance.  Please read the car instructions carefully. If the hike or lift is cancelled or postponed, the drivers must reimburse the prepaid payments. Otherwise a passenger dropping out before departure must only be reimbursed if the driver can find a replacement. Car drivers must contact me first if they drop out. 

Drivers: Drivers should check whether all passenger fulfil the mandatory conditions (see below) and reject those who don't. Please take traffic jams due to rush hour into account.

Joining: Click on carpool. If a car has free seats, read the instructions and possibly join the car. Otherwise add yourself to the waiting list and regularly check for free seats. You are not automatically assigned to a car.

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't want to come. You cannot unjoin the event when it is starting in less than 12 hours. No-shows will be recorded in your profile.
