I want to use the late autumn sunny day for a very long speed-hike, combined with trail-running easy passages (see the parameters of the route!).
The tempo will be very high on average. No unnecessary breaks. The goal is to see sunset at Wank and then descend the easy path down to Garmisch with a headlamp.
Not suitable for beginners!
Bring what you need for the whole day, at a high tempo! Light backpack, enough water and food, as well as a headlamp are a must.
You need to be able to finish the whole trail on your own (navigation, stamina, pace, surefootedness), too. I am not a mountain guide.
