Andermatt will open on Saturday! We got a fresh dump of snow today and we'll have a bit of sunshine Saturday!

Getting there
- I can take one or two people in the car at Altdorf UR 7:51 (train 6:35 Zurich HB). (I'll go back ~15:30 due to evening plans.)
- Car: navigate to Andermatt, Gemsstockbahn.
- Train from Zurich HB at 6:05 for the first lift at Gemsstock station.
- Train from Zurich HB at 7:05 for a leisurely start.

Gemsstock is not very beginner friendly. The beginner slopes are on the Oberalppass side which is not open yet. See https://www.andermatt-sedrun-disentis.ch/en/stories/operating-hours for when that opens.
