Let's Explore Chiemsee Islands and Christmas Markets!

We'll take the train from Munich to Chiemsee, then hop on a boat to Herreninsel, where we'll walk around the island and enjoy the scenery. We'll stop for lunch on the island.

In the afternoon, we'll take another boat ride to Fraueninsel, where we'll immerse ourselves in the festive atmosphere of the Christmas market. Boat ticket (round trip to both islands): 12,60 €

📅 Meeting time: Saturday, November 30th at 9:30 AM

📍 Meeting Point: Munich Central Station, at the entrance to Gate/Gleis 10

We'll board the train at 9:35 AM sharp to ensure we find seats for the group. Saving seats for latecomers might not be possible, so please be punctual. 

Expected Return: Late evening. Due to the relaxed nature of our trip and depending on how much time we spend at each Christmas market, I can't provide an exact return time to Munich - trains run regularly from Prien until late evening.

1. Train journey from Munich to Prien am Chiemsee
2. Boat trip to Herreninsel
3. Hiking tour around the island with stunning lake views
4. Lunch/Drinks break on Herreninsel
5. Boat to Fraueninsel for its traditional Christmas market
6. Return to Prien for the Christmas market
7. Train back to Munich
