One of my favorite peaks for sunset, be aware if there's the slightest bit of wind it's freezing up there.
The route is not the one we are taking but somehow I couldn't create a new one. We will start from spitzingsattel and go via firstalm to Brecherspitze, depending on the time we leave the peak same way back (we could sled down if they have the lights on along the route, sled rental is 7€ at the alm) or to Fischhausen train station. Last bus leaves spitzingsattel at 6pm. Sunset is at 4:30.
Headlight and winter equipment mandatory if you show up without it you may stay in Munich.

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarise themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own.
If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else. If you sign up for a hike that you don't have the capability for don't expect anyone to babysit you, no one is your mummy.
