Let’s enjoy the holiday season with a relaxed but fun hike in the scenic Inn valley.
After hiking up to Rehleitenkopf, we’ll prepare Glühwein at the peak and enjoy the scenery. From Hohe Asten, we’ll sled down back to Flintsbach.

Meeting Time: 8:30 at München Hbf. The train leaves at 8:43 on platform 10, BRB RB54 to Kufstein.

The plan is to take the 15:15 or 16:15 train back to Munich.

Please bring

  • toboggan / sled / sleigh
    optional, but you’ll miss a lot of fun and be much slower – I’ll bring two toboggans, 1.5 and 2 seats
  • food / water for the whole day, the hut is closed
  • a cup for Glühwein/Punsch
  • Plätzchen/cake etc. or chip in on the Glühwein
  • head lamp (just in case)
  • warm layered clothes, rain/snow/sun protection
  • a helmet is recommended
  • winter gear: gaiters, spikes, poles (all optional, but recommended)
  • good mood
