Description

For those that behaved like adults the night before (Hello Daco! 😜), how about starting the year 2025 with an easy winter hike?

The plan for the day consists of basically 3 points:

  1. 🥾 Hike from Sörenberg via Salwideli to Kemmeriboden
  2. 🍽️ Enjoy a dinner at the 🇬🇷 Greek restaurant Ammos in Luzern
  3. 🎆 Watch the fireworks on the Vierwaldstättersee (Lake Lucerne) from Lucerne

For the hike, see the "Route Details". It's an easy winter hike which should take around 210 minutes (or about 14% of a day, if that's easier for you).

I will try to reserve 10 seats in the restaurant. Let me know whether you want to join for dinner (food is awesome, been there the year before and the year before that as well 😋)!

Gondola

The gondola from Sörenberg => Rossweid is 15.00 CHF full price or 7.50 CHF half fare and also GA (ie. GA folks also need to pay). Please buy the ticket in advance in the SBB app or site. If you've got a GA, make sure to select that you've got a "Halbtax" when buying the ticket. It does not seem to take the GA into consideration. Price with GA: 7.50 CHF.
