Description

⚠️ We will cross the border, please bring passport/id with you. 

Technical difficulty: The via ferrata is very long and technical (D/E) also requires glacier traversal. Only suitable for people who have done previously D/E via ferrata. In order to join this event, please contact me before joining specifying your previous D/E klettersteigs.  

Things to bring:

  • Waterproof hiking boots
  • Helmet, via ferrata set 
  • Glacier equipment (Fred is bringing 60m rope)
  • Cash for the car ride (15 Euro) and for the food at the hut
  • Food/drinks for the way
  • Warm clothes 

Note: Please unjoin the event well in advance, if you don't plan to come. You cannot unjoin the event, when it is starting in less than 12 hours.

Disclaimer: Hiking can be dangerous. I am not a mountain guide. Everybody is responsible for her/himself. Make yourself familiar with the route and its requirements. It's recommended to download a map and bring a cell phone and first aid kit for emergencies.
