Description
I am beginner in Skitouring and looking for like minded buddy to improve.

This tour is relatively safe in terms of avalanche, we can also choose an alternative in the area.

Directions
From the cleared car park, follow the valley path to the bridge over the Rotlech. The alpine path runs at a pleasant incline along the orographic left flank of the Rotbach gorge to the meadows of Rotbach. Behind the first beautiful alpine hut, we leave the winter path to the right and climb the moderately steep meadow to the striking building at the upper edge of the forest. Now we walk just a few meters to the right on the winter path and soon leave it to the left into the first forest clearing. The path now goes up moderately steeply over undulating terrain through sparse forest and clearings, crossing the winter hiking path several times. A larger meadow slope is climbed in a right-hand curve, then we hike along the winter path to the Ehenbichler Alm. Before the restaurant, we turn left and cross the wooded southern flank of the Abendspitze to the wide, open slopes under the saddle between Galtjoch and Abendspitze.  We climb the moderately steep slopes to just below the saddle and then turn left to reach the broad east ridge, which is a little steeper, on the ridge top. Now we follow the ridge to the left of its edge straight up and in a wide right-hand curve we reach the summit of the Galtjoch with its large wooden cross.
