This is a boat tour + hiking event. The idea is to take the boat together from Thun to the starting point of the hike (Beatenbucht See).

Warning !

The distance, climb and descent are significant and we will be going at a medium pace (450+ m/hour up). Please make sure you understand the meaning of these numbers before joining.

Furthermore, as the starting time is very late, we may finish in the dark. Please be equiped with a headlamp and warm clothing.

Meeting point

Thun (see) for the boat leaving at 11h40 AM.

Transportation

IC8 departing from Zurich at 10h02 and arriving in Thun at 11h26. Please make your way to the boat departures, we will meet there.

Return: We will take bus B21 in Beatushöhlen at 18h28. There are later options if you want to go slower, but I will make sure I personally catch this one.
