In order to attend this event, please comply with the following criteria:

• Everyone can join as long as you have the fitness level for such a hike. If you have joined a Arc'teryx sponsored hike in the past, please bring the Arc'teryx goodie you received last time.
  
• Each participant will receive one goodie (shirt / beanie / gloves / headband / cap / ...). Please wear your goodie during the hike for the photos. If you already have participated to a sponsored hike, please wear the item you received (no promise you'll be able to get another one).

General information

Weather: Sunny ☀️

Type: Snowshoe hike

Route: WT2 most of the time. A short narrow passage on the way to Flügenspitz (WT3)

Pace: Intermediate

Transportation: Car (50min) or train (1h25min) from Zurich. Train from Zürich departing 08:12, change to bus B650 in Ziegelbrücke, arriving at Arvenbüehl, Arven at 9h37am.

Schedule (approx.)

• 09h45: We meet & sort out goodies. Meeting point: Bus stop Arvenbüel, Arven
• 11h00: Vorder Höhi
• 12h00: Gulmen, same way back to Vorder Höhi
• 12h45: Flügenspitz & break
• 15h00: Arvenbüel, bus stop

Do not plan anything right after a hike as we might come back much later than expected if something unexpected happens.

Gear

Mandatory: Hiking boots, at least 2L of water, food, snowshoes. 

Good to have: Sun screen, sun glasses, hiking poles, lamp.

How to join this event

• You're a driver? Add your car to the carpool (max 3 cars).
• You're not a driver? Join a car (click on Carpool button > Join car), or join via public transports (Carpool button > Add a car with no passenger as a workaround)
