Let's explore the beautiful landscapes around Füssen this Saturday! We'll connect the town's historic center with the stunning Schwansee lake, castle viewpoints, and  Lechfall waterfall on this scenic circular route. Starting from Füssen, we'll first enjoy a stroll through the charming old town and short stop for coffee before beginning our hike through varied landscapes. We'll enjoy a proper sit-down lunch break at the historic Schloss Bräustüberl in Hohenschwangau. 

⏰ Meeting Time: 8:15 AM

📍 Meeting Point: Central Station under the display at the entrance to Gleis 31

🚆 Travel Time: Approximately 2 hours from Munich

🗺️ ROUTE Füssen Station → Old Town (coffee stop) → Lech River  → Alpsee → Castle Viewpoints → Schloss Bräustüberl (lunch) → Schwansee (Swan Lake) → Füssen

📝 NOTE ON ROUTE: I'm still optimizing the route to ensure we get the best views. We may make slight variations on the day to maximize scenic viewpoints and trail conditions. 

📝 NOTES This is a relaxed, social hike - we stay together as a group and maintain a comfortable pace. If you prefer to hike at a fast pace or aren't willing to wait for others, this hike isn't suitable for you. The goal is to enjoy the Alpine landscape together. We'll make a proper lunch break at Schloss Bräustüberl or another available option in Hohenschwangau. Please bring some snacks with you as well for energy between main stops. 

⏱️ RETURN TIMING: We will get there when we get there! We'll adjust our schedule along the way based on pace, weather, and how long we enjoy stops. This is a day to enjoy, not rush.
