This is a T5 hike and not beginner friendly with the current snow conditions. You should be able to maintain at least 500 m gain/hour and have profound experience with winter hikes and alpine pathless terrain.
There is a pathless section that requires scrambling up to UIAA II.
Travel:
We take this 7:50 train to Kufstein and then the Regionalbus 4030 (6,10€) to Durchholzen.
