This is a loop from Amden to Gulmen and Flügespitz.

For those who have too much energy, there is the possibilty to do an optional extra loop to the Leistchamm.

Lunch: The lunch break will be at 12:00, ideally at a summit.

Pace: I will maintain a moderate pace slighly faster than the time on the guideposts (about 500m up per hour). We can make a short break to ideally regroup every 400m elevation gain.

Meeting point: Amden, Dorf (Bus stop)

Public transport: There is a connection from Zurich HB at 08:12
