Hello All,
Time for a biggie. This one has been a goal of mine for a while, and now is the time.
This is a hike/trail run that covers nearly 50 km and over 3000m of gain. Not for beginers, but we are going to do it "slow". The goal will be to finish in 10 hours, so 5km/hr, or 12min/km. With a combination of hiking and running, this is very doable. There are several huts along the the way, so we can refill water and even stop for food, if we have time.
We travel as a group, but if you aren't able to keep the needed minimum pace, you'll have to finish on your own. The good thing about this route is there is an easy exit at the halfway point. Unforntunately, if you don't finish the whole route, Ill have to remove you from the hike.

I'll join the train at Starnberg, but the rest of you will take the:
RB 6 to Garmisch-Partenkirchen at 7:32, Pl. 27
Arrive at Eschenlohe at 8:43
Return trains from Lenggries are every hour, XX:47, and we will aim for the 19:47, with the last train being at 22:47
Travel light, and remember there are huts along the way to refill water and food. I am not a guide and not responsible, for you, or in general.
