Alert
This hike is NOT intended for beginners. Please make sure if you join that you do understand the meaning of these numbers.
Very kindly a fellow hiking buddy pointed out that the route is at most T3, so no technical terrain and definitely not T4.

Logistics
The hike starts at Erlenbach im Simmental bus stop at 10.30AM, we are going to hike for ~9 hours  going up to Stockhorn and then coming back to Oberstocken, Kreuzgasse bus stop around 19 (more or less).
(Bring your own lunch)

Transportation

I am from Bern, so I will take the RE1 train at 9.39AM from the Bahnof to get to the start.

Weather
Weather is not on our side unfortunately. Rain is forecasted on Stockhorn from 6AM onwards, as such the whole hike might get cancelled all together if the weather does not improve. Please check the description of the hike in the upcoming days to be updated.


You should join hikes that you would be comfortable doing alone. I am not a mountain guide and by joining this event you agree to release the organizer from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur.

A note: We did the same route a month ago and there is no T4 part at all.

NOTE: Due to a thunderstorm we did not reach Stockhorn peak. Still it was overall a really nice hike
