Route: We follow mostly https://schweizmobil.ch/en/hiking-in-switzerland/route-35/stage-15 that takes us over Maienfelder Furgga pass to Arosa. In Arosa we can take a refreshing dip in a lake.
Pace: Moderate (on the faster side).
Starting point: Davos Youth Hostel
End point: Arosa
How to get there: This hike is designed as a continuation of the Saturday event: https://www.hiking-buddies.com/routes/events/11639/. However, it's also possible to reach the starting point by taking train IC 3 from Zurich HB at 6:38.
How to get back: Train from Arosa.
What to take: Regular hiking equipment, in particular comfortable shoes (hiking boots or trail running shoes); food - we’ll have picnic lunch somewhere along the way; water; sunscreen; sunglasses; rain jacket (if there is a chance of rain - check the latest forecast); swimming suit & towel.
Disclaimer: I'm not a guide - everyone hikes at their responsibility and risk.
