This hike is part of the long distance via Alpina trail (stage 7) shortened with a cable car from Attinghausen to Brusti.

It's also possible to shorten the descent by taking the cable car down fron Furenalp.

Distance: 16.6km

Elevation gain: ~840m, elevation loss: ~1300m

Expected pace: 350-450m of elevation gain / h
