Hoi hikers!

Why work up a sweat, when we can enjoy a day on the water instead? Let's follow the Aare from Thun to Bern!

I've have reserved two 5-7 person boats. The cost per boat is 210 CHF. If you have your own boat/floating device, you're of course also welcome to bring it. Please let me know, so I can change the number of participants accordingly. Important, by law, it's required for every passenger on a boat to have a life vest. The boats I've reserved will also provide these life vests, if you bring your own boat please also bring life vests. Life vests can also be rented from the boat rental company for 10 CHF.

Meeting point: Schwäbisstrasse 58, 3613 Steffisburg - 20 minute walk from Thun station

What to bring: Swimsuit, water, sun protection, and anything else you might need

To those not on the waiting list Please twint 30 CHF to +41762970975 to cover the cost of the boat. If you're not able to come, please unjoin so someone else can take your spot.

Hello everyone... since the boats reserved by Matthias are full, is anyone on the waiting list interested in a 4-5 person additional boat? It is with a different company in Uttigen: https://www.xn--aarebtle-r4aa.com/#jetzt-aarebootle-buchen-fokus-thunbern The place is right by the train station, and we could connect/wait for the others and link up (drop-off is at the same place in Bern). If you'd like to do this, please reply and I will rent it for us (1st come - 1st served). Should there be no interest, I'll join on my SUP.
