Description

Finally we are getting a nice summer again. I would like to hike up to Ettaler Manndl tmr. This via ferrata is a short, easy(A/B) climb in the Ammergau Alps. Making it suitable for beginners, but be aware of the worn and slippery rock near the summit.

We will descend via the same route after reaching the peak.

we will take the train from Munich HBF at 8:20 am (RB 6 to Mittenwald), get off at Oberau and take a bus #9606 to Ettal, am Berg 

Good to know

Please bring;

good hiking shoes with solid grip

a harness, ferrata set and helmet

Enough water and food on the way and back
