Hi buddies,
Let's go to Stockhorn in Zermatt region, a mountain over 3500 meters with views over 4000-ers.
We start in Zermatt, end at Gornergrat (after Stockhorn) and take a train down.

Meeting point and time: In front of Zermatt train station at 09:20. If you are arriving from Zurich, the train there leaves at 06:02.
Profile: 19.2km, 2050m up, 570m down.
Pace: Moderate (~450 uphill meters / hour), no running. We aim to be at Stockhorn at around 14:00.
Lunch: We bring our own food and have lunch on the way up. In the end we will most likely have a break at Gornergrat restaurant for a drink.
Coming back: Train from Gornergrat to Zermatt. We aim the one at 18:18.
Recommended gear: Hiking shoes/boots; Waterproof jacket in case it rains; Sunscreen; Sunglasses. There is most likely snow on the way, above 3200, be prepared.
Weather: ~10°C is expected at Stockhorn and no rain. This hike will take place in any weather except thunderstorms.
