The Event Starts now 6.30!!!
- we go by train, you can manage to go by car as you wish. Personally I dont recommend this route on weekends going by car because of the well known traffic jams.
After a rainy weekend this is a chance to go to Ehrwalder Sonnenspitze!
meeting Point: 6.15 Uhr München HBF Gleis 27
=> train 06:32 München HBF Gleis 27 - 36 RB 60 59443 to Pfronten-Steinach
(alternativerly you can join in Pasing at 06.38 Uhr Gleis 4)
=> ETA. 08.29 Ehrwald Zugspitzbahn Gleis 1
As we approach on the south side I want to be there early so we are nearly at the peak around noon so the way down on the north side is chillier.
If you want to join contact me before on WhatsApp 0163 7674627.
For the peak you must have done something comparable to Jubiläumsgrat, Zugspitze via Höllental, Hoher Göll over Mannlgrat, Ellmauer Halt/ Tor or something comparable with UIAA grade II sections without any further problems. You must feel comfortable going down a long field of gravel and grade T5 route.
I will not bring a rope or any harness!
If you dont feel comfy with the hike to Sonnenspitze and want to join just up to Seebensee or Coburger Hütte you can also come and wait and chill at the lake.
After being back to the lake we can decide whether we go another round back to Coburger Hütte or just have a chill at Seebensee.
Then we return to the parking place.
Last train back: 21.31 Uhr at Ehrwald Zugspitzbahn RB 60 5535 to Garmisch Gleis 4. Then we switch to Gleis 1 RB 6 5434 to München HBF.
ETA: 23.26 Uhr
-alternatively-
