I want to repeat this via Ferrata event to Hausbachfall this Friday before the summer ends. Here are some important infos:

• We meet at 7.40 at Munich main station platform 9
• We take the train BRB RE5 towards Salzburg which departs at 7.56 and take a bus in Prien am Chiemsee and we should reach our starting point (Reit im Winkl) at 9.55, bring cash for bus ride.
• We would take the same connection in reverse at 16.00 and return would be back in Munich at around 18. If we miss this, the next connection would be at 16.00 and we would be back at around 18
• Since this is a via Ferrata route. You need to have via Ferrata equipment to join this event

  This is a via ferrata (difficulty C) is not beginner friendly.

A checklist (probably non-exhaustive) of what to bring:

• Harness
• Helmet
• Via Ferrata lanyards
• Climbing gloves
• Water (~2L)
• Snacks
• Sun cream
• Deutschlandticket
• Some cash (in case we visit a restaurant while waiting for the next connection and / or there are some extra costs needed for transport)

We can grab food and drink at reit im winkl if we finish our hike earlier.
