Description

Hello All,

Time to hike the coolest named ridge in the entire Alps!

.

This is far from a beginner hike and experience is required.  Its also very exposed and we'll have a lot of sun, so bring lots of water and sun protection.

We will take the 6:31 RB 6 (to Garmisch) and    transfer into Austria and head to Bichlbach-Berwang.

I need to be home early so you NEED TO KNOW ME to join this hike,

Please contact me in advance if not I have a right to remove you ^^

*Reads highlighted text saying "a beginner hike", skips the rest* Can confirm it is a nice route for a social hike.

How inhumane to post pictures from the hike where someone lost life.

It says a lot about someone when they feel compelled to post pictures from that hike — even if they’re just landscapes. May Prakash rest in peace.

I think it’s important to remember that the person who uploaded the photos may not have had bad intentions. We can’t assume they weren’t sad just because they shared pictures. I can imagine this has been very difficult for everyone involved, and it’s a big loss for the whole community. Let’s avoid rumors and try to stay united during this time

May Prakash rest in peace!! I hiked with him not long ago, and will always remember him for his enthusiasm and smile! I know this is hard for the whole community and reminds us all of the risks involved! All my deepest sympathy to his family and the people who were there with him, it must be absolutely understandably different for all involved and specially for his family! Stay safe guys!

This is late Prakash's friend from India. I have been in constant touch with his brother and know what they are going through right now. I can't wrap my mind around the fact that these pictures have been uploaded. I won't really question this because it really doesn't matter right now. But just thinking about how extremely motivated I have seen people till now in helping us and his family in these difficult times, like this act of uploading pictures is truly heartwarming. If any of you at any point of time in your life questioned yourself "What sort of world do we live in?" I can now confidently tell you all that this is a shit world and you all can copy that. Trust me when I say this that Prakash is in a better world now and so much happier than us. I wish all of you, safe hikes ahead in your lives, because it's really important to be safe.
