Ridge Hike (T3)
Not recommended for people who are afraid of heights or open spaces.
The cable car, link: https://www.comino.ch/de/fahrplan-und-tarif
it goes every 30 minutes, please do not mistake with cable car to Rasa.
We need the one that goes to Monte Comino!

Tickets may be booked online. As for today the cable car runs. In case that changes there will be plan B.

The route can be shortened if we are late — you can finish at the Comologno Paese stop.

The connection from Zurich HB departs at 06:15.
The pace of the hike will be moderate to fast, due to the limited number of return connections, we may need to speed up at times. or potentially run down.

Return connections:

  • From Crana, Alle Bolle: 16:38 or 18:41

  • From Comologno Paese (shorter version): 16:27 or 18:30


Good to know
A WhatsApp group will be created if there are any participants.
Please do not join if you are afraid of heights, open spaces, or if you may have difficulty completing the route within 8 hours.
Please check the map of the hike ideally download the gpx on phone or other device.
Bring enough food and water for the entire day, and make sure you have clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

  • The organizer is no professional guide. Participants are responsible for themselves, must do their own research about the route, and must be able to navigate by themselves (in case the groups split for some reason, for example).
  • Out of respect for the others, please be on time. If you happen to be late, contact the organizer.
  • If you have a No Show in your profile (= you did not show up to a hike you signed up to in the past), I may exclude you from the event.
  • Unjoining allowed until 12 hours before the start of the event. If you are unable to be join for whatever reason, contact the organizer.
