It will be hot and sunny this weekend so my ingredients for a suitable hike is a not so long north sided ascent and swimming in a lake afterwards if you want :)

Tauern is a 1.841m mountain in Tyrol situated between the beautiful lakes Plansee- and Heiterwanger See. Since the mountain looks like a ship in the lakes it’s also called MS Tauern by the locals. The views during the hike are breathtaking and described as hiking like in Norway because the long lakes surrounded by iconic mountains looks like Fjords. The hike is mostly described here http://www.hikr.org/tour/post99156.html but i modified it for public transport and swimming. Even if this all sounds pretty good, this is a T4 alpine hike and not suitable for beginners or very slow hikers. No hut on the way but we will go for a beer/food in Heiterwang.
