Update: For those who register spontaneously, please note we are now doing a different hike in the Fribourg region because the weather isn't so nice and the three who are motivated come from western Switzerland

On the first part of the hike we don't need snow shoes but wearing snowshoes is probably advantageous for the second part of the hike.

Starte 13:00

We hike in 3 hours 8km and 1350m elevetion up to the Niederhorn. 

At 16:30 we watch the sunset on the niederhorn.

We'll start our hike down at approximately 16:45.

If we hike fast we could take the last funicular train from Beatenberg down to Beatenbucht at 18:06. Those arriving by public transport could take the bus from Beatenberg and wouldn't have to hike all the way down to Beatenbucht.

Don't forget headlamp and warm clothes as we will stay on the gnipen for about 30-45 minutes to watch the sunset
