The main hike is 11.5 km long. When we get back, I'll do a short hike to a viewpoint to watch the sunset. This extra loop is already included in the route (14km).

There hasn't been any fresh snow in the last few days, but it's probably easier to hike with snowshoes. Perhaps you can rent snowshoes in Amden.
