Taking some inspiration from my very good Scottish friend (Mat), we will also do at-least 30 minutes Yoga + meditation either at top of the mountain or somewhere close to the top.
If you want to join the Yoga + meditation session, please bring a light big towel (no need for yoga mat) which you can lay at ground and perform some asnas (exercises). For those, who don’t want to do Yoga, you potentially will have additional 30 minutes either at the Hut or for some other activity.
The hike is suitable for beginners and will be at a leisurely slow/medium pace (as some are recovering from injury). Please do not join if you want to be fast or rush back in a hurry.
Meeting in Munich main station track 30: 8:35 am. We buy the tickets at 8.40 am.
