You don't need snowshoes but maybe spikes to have some more grip.
In the first hour we hike 2.5km and 450m up to the Gnipen. We watch the sunrise at 8:20 and then hike to the Wildspitz, where we could have a coffee in the restaurant before we hike a detour back to the starting point.
Don't forget your headlamp, warm clothes as we will stay on the gnipen for about 30 minutes to watch the sunrise.
The weather forecast doesn't look too bad for sunrise at the momen😊 But that could change so everyone should check for themselves. I'm definitely going up; even with bad weather forecasts, I've experienced amazing sunrises
