Rund um Forggensee (ILC)
Long-distance walkers are welcome.
Part of the Iron Lake Challenge: Forggensee loop, ca.35km.
Enough water, tea/coffee, snacks for the whole day. Headlamp.
Blister plasters and extra socks are always good to have for long distances. Magnesium (against muscle cramps) and some fast sugar can help as well.
P.S. of course it's not T3, T1 / T2 max.
