Description

No beginners Hochtouren Kurs mandatory.

I booked some spots in the oberwalderhütte for the long weekend (for Saturday we are on the waitlist) from which there are a number of easy peaks to reach. My suggestion Hohe Riffl, Johannisberg ans of we get a 4th day the Bärenköpfe. There is a lot to explore in the area which is easy enough for an early season start. We can also spent a day practicing Hochtouren skills to start the season well.

I will ask for a 50€ deposit to guarantee your spot as there is cancellation fees. When joining write a mail with your number so we can make a group chat.

Good to know

I)hiking shoes

Ii) Hiking poles (not mandatory, but it always better to have them), head lamp

iIi) Enough water for the whole day.

iv) Snacks and or food

v) Proper clothes for hiking

VI) A good mood

Going to the mountains, like any other adventure tours, is always risky; sometimes it might be life-threatening! Attendees are advised to read the full description, look into the route details and familiarise themselves to the point that as if they are going to hike by their own.

If there is any unwanted and unfortunate incident happened, they are at this moment informed that they have to pay by themselves if the rescue team needs to be called (average cost 3,000 Euro). We are certainly not official guides, so it is not a guided tour. The organizer is only responsible for taking care of the meeting and sharing the travel cost, nothing else. If you sign up for a hike that you don't have the capability for don't expect anyone to babysit you, no one is your mummy.
