Rund um Chiemsee (ILC)
It looks like the weather will be nice this weekend, but not very safe for the mountains - so it might be a good opportunity to finish the ILC instead.
For me, the “cherry on the cake” 🍒🎂 that’s still left is Chiemsee with its 57 km loop.
We’ll keep a normal pace so that we don’t need to “survive” the next day. Short breaks every 12-15 km sound good. We should bring our own food and drinks.
After the long walk, we could grab something to eat or drink in Prien am Chiemsee, if we are not completely exhausted.
! NB! Please note that strikes have been announced by Verdi for Friday and Saturday: so buses, trams and U-Bahn will not be running. S-Bahn and DB are supposed to operate (though with DB, even without strikes, it’s always a "surprise Box").
I’m really looking forward to this challenge and to everyone who’s joining!
