As I injured my leg a couple of months ago and have only recently started hiking again, I’d like to organize a moderate hike. Anyone interested is welcome to join!
You can find details about the duration, distance, and elevation gain in the route description.
(Information about the T1–T6 hiking scale can be found here:
https://www.hiking-buddies.com/blog/2018/07/02/sac-hiking-scale/)
We will hike at a pace of 300 to 400 meters of elevation gain per hour, which should not be too exhausting.
Please only join if you are confident that you can manage the distance and elevation.
We will hike as one group and stay together throughout the tour.
Our goal is to be back in Munich around 6:00 pm.
Depending on the weather conditions, we may return via the same route we used for the ascent.
I reserve the right to cancel the hike if there are too few participants.
The meeting point (platform) and meeting time can be found in the event description.
The train usually departs about 20 minutes after the stated meeting time.
If you are late, you will need to find us on the train.
Train ticket: €0 if you have a Deutschland-Ticket.
Please bring enough food and 1–2 liters of water.
Recommended equipment:
Hiking shoes
Hiking poles
Hiking involves risks. I am not a mountain guide. Everyone is responsible for themselves. Please make sure you are familiar with the route and its requirements. It is recommended to download a map and bring a mobile phone and a basic first aid kit for emergencies.
If you decide to leave the group and continue ahead on your own, we will not search for you.
Attention:
We will follow the GPS route the whole time. If you decide not to follow the GPS route, then you have officially left the hike and will be removed from my hike.
Please let me know your phone number before the hike. If we get separated, we can call each other to figure out how to find each other again.
