Hello All,
Join for a group Longrun. We will aim for between 6:45 and 7:15 minutes/km, so please be sure that you can maintain this pace over the entire distance. The hope is to stay together as a group, but if you aren't able to keep roughly this pace, we'll have to split groups. Minimum walking breaks.
If you like, you are welcome to join for a shorter distance, as we pass a train station at 15km (or the 10km, if we go in reverse).
Otherwise, dress for running, bring enough water and maybe a energy boost snack. Afterwords, we can get a coffee or ice by the water at Starnberg.
