Weather should be nice enough during the day.

Transportation:
- see description in carpool

Things to bring(mandatory):
- equipment: hiking shoes, waterresistant jacket, warm clothes, hiking poles as needed
- food/drinks as needed, there are several purchase points on the way as seen below
- money for the car(parking, gas)
- some Experience with T4+
- fast hiking speed
- passport

Things to bring(optional):
- climbing helmet / gloves

Route Information:
- The hike will follow the hiking-buddies route description in
opposite direction as recommended by Amit. That means, the
steep/difficult sections in the ascent. Descent will consist of less
steep T3/T2 sections.
The more difficult parts of this hike are the long T4 section from
Mittenwalder Hütte to Bergstation Karwendelbahn and the short T5
section to the peak

Waypoints: Bahnhof Mittenwald (910 m) - Mittenwalder Hütte (1518 m) -
Bergstation Karwendelbahn (2244 m) - Westliche Karwendelspitze (2385
m) - Dammkarhütte (1667 m)
